Chinese Fried Rice with Spam




1/2 can of spam-Diced and deep fried and set aside on towle paper
2 cup of jasmine rice-cooked in rice cooker with 2 cup of water, cool down
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
sprinkle of Cajun spice (optional)
1 cup of frozen mixed vegetable (Diced carrot, green peas, corn), microwave for 2 minutes
2 eggs

1) heat up the wok with 2 tbsp of oil on high, sprinkle a little bit of salt into the heat up oil, beat in the eggs and scramble the egg till almost cook.
2) add in the cooked rice, stir fry a few second and mixed well with the egg, then add in the mix vege, stir for a well till mixed well
3) add soy sauce, salt and cajun spice, stir and mixed well for about 1 minutes, add in the fried diced spam, and stir fried the rice untill fully cooked.

the best fried rice is non-sticky and the rise are loose.
